01Ownership

SUNAE is a product developed and manufactured by the company “SUNAE Sàrl” under number CHE-249.073.834.

02Prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including VAT, and are guaranteed.

Articles benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice or delivery note), which we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes are payable by the customer. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They shall be borne by the buyer and are the buyer’s responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). The seller therefore invites the buyer to obtain information on these aspects from the relevant local authorities. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time in the future.

03Availability

Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to the company. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. The delivery time for the main products (Origin S, Orbit and Dimension tables) is approximately 12 weeks.

04Payment

Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card. Transaction fees may apply for credit card payments.

Payment terms depend on the type of product and are defined in the order form.

05Delivery and transport

Available spare parts are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 working days. You will be asked to contribute to the shipping costs once per order. If not available, an additional month is required for manufacturing.

The main items (Origin S, Orbit and Dimension tables) are delivered to your home anywhere in Switzerland for a flat rate of CHF 300 after making an appointment.

For items delivered outside Switzerland, the shipping terms are stated on the invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: the company does not deliver parcels to P.O. boxes and does not deliver any goods to customers who are minors or under guardianship, unless written authorisation has been obtained from the parents or guardian.

06Returns and exchanges

Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You are responsible for the return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the postage costs for your new order are free.

07Legal guarantee

Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

In Switzerland, the product warranty is 2 (two) years or 2,000 hours of use, provided that the recommendations for use given in the instructions are followed.

Outside Switzerland, the product is guaranteed for 1 (one) year or 2,000 hours of use, provided that the recommendations for use in the instruction manual are followed. In all cases, scratches (glass, ring, etc.) are excluded from the guarantee.

08Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to process the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for the purposes of processing the order.

09Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is their place of residence and for legal entities (companies entered in the commercial register) their registered office.
